Inclusion and Diversity: I&D for Everyone

Inclusion and Diversity: I&D for Everyone is an effective, interactive program that stresses both fairness and belonging in the workplace. In today’s uncertain political climate regarding diversity training, this program takes an especially positive approach to getting along at work regardless of our differences. It acknowledges that discrimination and other challenges sometimes come along with the benefits of diversity, without assigning blame or promoting favoritism toward particular categories of people.

Its four modules:

•          The Rewards of Getting Along

are supported by engaging and relatable vignettes.
