Ethics Training

Ethical Decision Making presents employees with easy-to-understand examples of ethical dilemmas they could face in the workplace, an explanation of why a particular choice is an ethical or unethical one, and the potential consequences of making the wrong choice. Most importantly, it provides support to do the right thing with confidence.

This course defines ethics as knowing right from wrong, following organization policy, and remaining legally compliant as it homes in on five problem areas (Dishonesty, Theft, Harassment, Illegal Financial Manipulations, and Safety Violations) using a “stoplight” metaphor to help employees maintain high standards of moral conduct.
