Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: DEI for Everyone

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: DEI for Everyone is an interactive program that uses appealing and relatable vignettes to simply present Diversity as variety, Equity as fairness, and Inclusion as allowing others to contribute. It stresses the ways in which an awareness of these commonsense concepts helps to build a healthy workplace culture that’s good for both people and organizations.

This engaging program has four modules, all stressing the benefits of a civil and respectful workplace:

While DEI for Everyone recognizes the benefits of today’s diverse workplaces, it also, without assigning blame, acknowledges the challenges that sometimes arise when different kinds of people come together to meet common goals. This program offers a positive take on learning to work together.
